Pisang Molen is a light dish made from banana which is coated in rolled sheets of pastry dough and then fried in oil. This dish is a variation in the processing of fried bananas. Molen bananas with a thin, crunchy, and thin pastry skin are delicious to eat with a cup of coffee or warm tea.
For manufacturing materials, they usually use high protein flour, a few grams of refined sugar, baking powder, some chicken eggs, margarine, ice water, cooking oil, and bananas. Usually, Molen bananas are often sold along with fried bakwan, tofu and tempeh.
