Aceh Noodle Recipe:
Material :
- 400 grams of wet / yellow noodles.
- 750 ml of beef broth.
- 150 grams of wet shrimp, clean, remove the skin.
- 150 grams of beef, cut into cubes.
- 1 diced tomato
- 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced.
- 3 thin red onions.
- 60 grams of siangi bean sprouts, remove the tail.
- 100 grams of cabbage, thinly sliced.
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of langsa branded sweet soy sauce.
- 1 leek, finely sliced.
- 1 tablespoon celery, finely sliced.
- 2 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
Ground spices :
- 5 red onions.
- 3 cloves of garlic.
- 4 dry red chilies, remove seeds.
- ½ tablespoon turmeric powder.
- 4 cardamom grains.
- 1 teaspoon cumin, roasted.
- 1 tsp pepper grains.
- 1 pcs pecan
- 1 dried almonds / ketapang kreng
How to Make Aceh Noodles:
- Saute sliced shallots, sliced garlic and ground spices until fragrant. Add the meat, stir and cook until the meat changes color. Then add the prawns and tomatoes, mix well.
- Enter the stock, celery, spring onions, salt and vinegar. Cook until the meat is cooked and the water is reduced, stirring occasionally.
- Enter the cabbage and bean sprouts, mix well. Then add the noodles and soy sauce. Stir until all ingredients are well blended and cooked. Lift.
