1. Traditional Village Bena

This traditional village is the most famous place on the island of Flores. Many tourists from Labuan Bajo continue their journey to the Bena Traditional Village. Various experiences from the indigenous people there will be obtained in the Bena Traditional Village. The traditional village of Bana is perfect for you coffee lovers. This is because this traditional village is also known as a center for producing high quality Bajawa coffee.

2. Traditional Village Tololela

This traditional village is better known as a center for producing bamboo wind instruments, bombardoms. In fact, this instrument received an award from Muri in 2015 to be precise.

The award was obtained after 500 bombarom musicians performed their acts with this traditional musical instrument. This is because the soul of music there was inherited by the ancestors who were the ancestors of the Ngada community in the Tololela Traditional Village.

3. Traditional Village Gurusina

The Gurusina Traditional Village is located not far from the Bena and Tololela Traditional Villages. It’s just that to go to the traditional village of Gurusina visitors have to climb first.

In the middle of the village, there are rows of megalithic stones which make this village even more attractive. But unfortunately recently, on Monday, August 13, 2018, these houses made of bamboo with thatched roofs caught fire.

4. Wae Rebo Traditional Village

Wae Rebo is the only traditional village left in Manggarai, East Nusa Tenggara. This village has seven traditional houses or mbaru niang which its residents still live in.

To reach this village, visitors have to drive eight hours from Labuan Bajo and climb a 4 kilometer mountain through natural forest. Wae Rebo is in the mountains and is very beautiful in the morning because it is shrouded in fog. At night, you can also enjoy the beauty of the star cluster because of its location far from the crowd and minimal air pollution. Come on, try visiting the Pulau Flores area as a tourist destination.
