Ketoprak is one type of typical Indonesian food using rhombus that is easily found. Usually the diamond is peddled using a stroller on the streets or sidewalks.
The main ingredients are tofu, vermicelli, cucumber, bean sprouts and can also use boiled eggs that are equipped with peanut sauce, sweet soy sauce, and a sprinkling of fried shallots. Can also be served with additional crackers or melinjo chips. Some versions also include tempeh as a component. The tool used to process ketoprak is not difficult, you only need a seasoning mill and a knife.
